Beautiful Creatures: Before

Beautiful Creatures! Oh my I love this! It's a story told by the fictional (unfortunately) character Ethan Lawson Wate and it's about him meeting the literal girl of his dreams: Lena Duchannes. His dreams are totally bizarre, and when he wakes up, he finds part of the dream (water, mud, etc.) are actually in his bed. And the ghostly scent of lemons and rosemary seems to follow him. Not to mention this creepy song, Sixteen Moons, that only he can hear. Everything gets crazier when they get a NEW STUDENT, Lena. The dinky little fictional town hardly ever gets a new person. But Ethan has a strange connection to her.
We get to read along about Lena's secrets, and how she and Ethan fall in love. Honestly, all girls NEED to read this. You'll crush on Ethan, laugh at Link, sympathise with Lena, hate Emily and Savannah, and feel a sense of reality with all the others. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat as Ethan is introduced to Lena's crazy world.

Mortals. I envy you. You think you can change things. Stop the universe.
Undo what was done long before you came along. You are such beautiful creatures.
